Warranty and complaints
Did you receive your product broken?
We find this very annoying. Before we send your product, we subject it to a quality check to prevent this from happening. If you have received a damaged or broken product from us, please contact us as soon as possible at info@anvia.nl. We will then find a suitable solution.
For all products on our website, the legal warranty applies. Legal guarantee means that a product is or should be what you as a consumer may reasonably expect from it.
Filing a complaint
We attach great importance to good service. Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us! Please let us know if you are not satisfied with the shipping, handling or service of ANVIA or if you have a complaint about a product.
