Returns
Would you like to exchange or return a product?
For online orders, a return period of 30 days applies.
This is also referred to as the right of withdrawal or right of return.
Please note! In the following cases you cannot make use of the right of withdrawal:
Cords that have been cut to size;
swivel elements with a different finish than standard
Products that have been created by ANVIA in accordance with specific wishes of you as a customer (also called custom-made products). Think of different finishes and colours.
How do I return a product?
To return one or more products from your order, follow these steps:
Report to ANVIA that you want to return an item. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@anvia.nl. This is necessary to process the return notification.
You will receive a confirmation of your return notification.
Please pack the product to be returned in the original packaging and make sure that it cannot be damaged in transit.
Send the product back to ANVIA BV (see address below). You can also send the package insured. In case of a large package, please contact ANVIA so we can arrange a suitable courier service to return the products. Please note! The costs for this service may vary and are at your expense.

After we have received the package in good order, we will exchange the article (if in stock) or refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days after the return.
During the 30-day cooling-off period, you may of course unpack or use the product as you would in a shop. If you use the product in such a way that it can no longer be sold "as new", ANVIA may decide to reduce the refund. We would also like to be able to offer the next buyer the product undamaged and in the original packaging.
If you want to return the product, we kindly ask you to send it back in the original packaging.
Are there any costs associated with returns?
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning products. The cost of parcels sent to ANVIA C.O.D. or postage paid will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
What does the right of withdrawal mean?
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement with ANVIA within a period of 30 days without giving any reason. However, this does not apply if it is clearly stated on the product page that the specific product is excluded from the right of withdrawal (e.g. in the case of custom-made products).
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you receive the last product of the order in physical possession.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform ANVIA of your decision to withdraw. You can do this by using the model withdrawal form that you will find in the package sent to you. However, you are not obliged to do so. If you do make use of this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to inform us of your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
What are the consequences of revocation?
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, we will not charge you for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
I have received a damaged or wrong product
Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is damaged before or during delivery. It also happens occasionally that you receive the wrong product. Of course, we do everything we can to prevent these situations.
Should you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact info@anvia.nl. We will make sure you will receive the correct, undamaged product as soon as possible.
If your order is damaged or lost when you sent it back to us, you are responsible for the costs. In some cases you can recover these costs from the carrier.
